Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on identified needs, ensuring alignment with school objectives and academic performance.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes and progress reports, adhering to departmental policies and compliance regulations.

• Engage closely with families and schools to coordinate care, ensuring effective communication around treatment plans, progress, and any adjustments needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being in stressful situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents who may experience a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
