CORRECTIONAL HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR I – SAN QUENTIN REHABILITATION CENTER California Correctional Health Care Services Position: Correctional Health Services Administrator I, Correctional Facility – Part‑time (8 hours per week) Location: San Quentin Rehabilitation Center, San Quentin, CA (Marin County) Pay: Monthly salary range $1,621 to $2,014. Base Pay Range Monthly salary range $1,621 to $2,014. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct allied health care support services, custodial and security services, and administrative support activities of a medium‑size health care program. Review, develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures that promote efficient, appropriate, and cost‑effective delivery of clinical care and health‑related services. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within the department, other governmental agencies, health care partners, and communities. Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in California state service in a major hospital administrative or management function comparable to Hospital General Services Administrator II or similar. Three years of progressively responsible experience in medical health care administration, including at least two years with responsibility for directing two or more administrative management and support services comparable to those found in a large hospital. Education: Equivalent to graduation from college with a major in hospital administration or a related field, or a post‑Baccalaureate degree in Hospital Administration.
