Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs and treatment objectives of clients seeking help for substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse clientele of individuals grappling with substance use disorders, including adults from various socio-economic backgrounds. Many clients may also be managing co-occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety or depression, and your therapeutic approaches will need to be adaptable to address these complexities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Thorough understanding of substance use disorders, evidenced by experience in applying evidence-based treatment models.

• Proven track record in delivering both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings, with a strong focus on recovery-oriented practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
