Your work schedule will typically span Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, which may be necessary to accommodate patient availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the unique needs and objectives of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions using approaches such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, which may include alcohol, opioids, and other substances. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000. Additionally, we offer a robust sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
