This role goes beyond traditional close and reporting, you will help design processes, strengthen controls, develop and implement AI tooling, and partner cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy as our operations grow in complexity.The Corporate Accounting Manager will play a critical role in day-to-day accounting operations while helping evolve systems, policies, and workflows that support multi-entity operations.What you will do• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across core balance sheet and P&L accounts.• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives that strengthen reporting quality, efficiency, scalability, and controls• Identify and implement opportunities to use automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions within management reporting processes• Mentor and develop accounting team members and serve as a trusted resource across the broader finance organization.• Assist with ongoing audits and liaise with external auditorsExperience and qualificationsThe ideal candidate will:• AI experience Direct experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents• Big 4 foundation with industry depth: 7+ years of experience, preferably in software• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness, along with proficiency in accounting software and Excel, is desirable.• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is expected.• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.In-office cultureWe're intentional about this.
