One of our awesome clients is hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Fayetteville, GA. This role supports a growing national organization by processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other administrative accounting tasks. The Accounting Clerk will manage the AP inbox, process invoices, follow up on outstanding approvals, and support expense reporting and deposit tracking. This person will work on-site at a national training center, playing a hands-on role in day-to-day accounting operations. It's a great fit for someone early in their accounting career who's detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accounts payable inbox and process accounts payable invoices
• Follow up with individuals on outstanding invoice approvals
• Review expenses in the organization's expense reporting platform and record checks received
• Assist with generating invoices for accounts receivable

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience with a focus in accounts payable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
