• Eligibility Criteria: 2 years of Med Surg/Tele experience
• Floating will be required
• Patient Ratio: 1:5

Requirements:

• Resume (2 years of Med Surg/Tele experience).
• Skills checklist
• EPIC experience
• Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
• ACLS must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Driver's license
• Covid Card Preferred
• Flu shot

• Every 12hr shift gross : $528.00
