Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured workday from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in-office and within community settings.

• Managing a caseload of clients, providing assessments and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Monitoring clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, ensuring treatment plans are relevant to their presenting issues.

• Completing essential reports and submitting data punctually, contributing to quality improvement measures.

• Providing on-call support during designated hours as needed.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• A valid California LCSW license.

• Proficient organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n
