Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health problems and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide effective crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and connection to appropriate resources.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client records, including treatment progress notes and assessment results, adhering to both ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their needs.

• Engage in ongoing continuing education to enhance clinical skills and stay current with the latest trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client population dealing with various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• At least two years of related experience in a clinicalSetting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
