As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor and/or employee movement to help to deter unauthorized entry, support site protocols, and assist with directional guidance when needed. Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a professional presence, communicating clearly with site contacts and/or first responders, and following post orders for daily operations. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be 21+ years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
