Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, needs, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans with clear objectives, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustment based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery that addresses all aspects of a client’s mental health.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing safety plans as necessary to support clients in acute distress.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that enhance client knowledge and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
