About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales to lead the development and expansion of its revenue organization. This pivotal role is not limited to traditional corporate sales management; the successful candidate will be deeply involved in defining go-to-market (GTM) strategy, recruiting top-tier sales talent, and directly engaging in the enterprise sales process. The Head of Sales will be responsible for the company's commercial strategy, working closely with the CEO and GTM team, and must have a proven track record in exceeding revenue targets, particularly in high-growth startup environments. A strong understanding of the technology landscape, including AI, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a business context is essential. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling innovative SaaS products, a deep understanding of AI, and the ability to engage with executives across various industries. Key responsibilities include owning revenue targets, refining GTM strategy, and building scalable sales processes. The role also involves hiring, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team, as well as closing strategic enterprise deals. Experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, MarTech, retail technology, or AI software is a strong requirement, and a network within these industries is a plus.
