HR Systems Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Acting as a technical resource for HR systems, the full-time HR Systems Analyst will manage system performance and reliability for Workday Payroll, troubleshoot user issues, and recommend enhancements, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Maintain daily HR system activities, including data validation, reporting, and integrations Create and validate reports within HR systems, ensuring actionable output and security of information Train HR and Payroll team members on system usage and document procedures for users Required qualifications: 3-5 years of technical system experience with a focus on system performance and complex reporting Expertise in Workday, including the latest technology and product offerings Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or Quantitative Methods Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office products
