HR Systems Analyst

Serving as the primary administrator for talent acquisition technology, the full-time remote Talent Systems Analyst will manage system configuration, user support, and process improvements for recruiting platforms, while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Administer Avature and other talent acquisition platforms, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting system issues Configure workflows, forms, and permissions to align with recruiting and operational processes, while leading system testing activities Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the talent systems Required qualifications Avature certification required; Level 4 certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered Experience administering and supporting Avature and other ATS, HRIS, or enterprise platforms Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and experience configuring related workflows and reporting solutions Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and process improvements
