About the Role As a Account Manager , you will own the full lifecycle of client engagement—driving both short‑ and long‑term staffing initiatives across your assigned accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, deepening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality talent solutions. What You’ll Do Grow and expand existing client accounts by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margin Serve as the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers, building strong, long‑lasting relationships Manage the end‑to‑end client lifecycle, including pre‑sales, post‑sales, and ongoing account support Develop and execute account growth and retention strategies Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers to uncover new opportunities Maintain a strong and transparent pipeline within assigned accounts Manage and track client‑defined SLAs, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable outcomes Prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions with speed, accuracy, and professionalism Partner closely with recruiting teams to communicate client needs and ensure candidate alignment What You Bring Must have 4+ years of experience in staffing agency sales or account management Proven success in a client‑facing, fast‑paced staffing environment Strong sales acumen with the ability to grow and defend accounts Experience leveraging LinkedIn and social platforms for relationship building and opportunity development Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working with tracking and reporting tools Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities A high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism Why Artech Work with premier, enterprise‑level clients across Orange County Join the largest woman‑owned staffing firm with global scale and stability Be part of a collaborative, growth‑driven culture that values performance and people Access strong operational, recruiting, and leadership support Opportunity for long‑term career growth within a global organization of 10,500+ professionals worldwide Diversity & Inclusion Artech LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
