Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the needs of clients, subsequently formulating personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing a range of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, tailored to individuals, groups, and families.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals within our integrated team to provide holistic support and follow-up services for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support.

• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives, aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
