Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster connection, shared learning, and support amongst clients.

• Providing individualized therapy, allowing clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing coping mechanisms and actionable plans for growth.

• Collaborating with clients to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress using various assessment tools, adapting treatment plans as necessary to support effective outcomes.

• Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, facilitating communication, coordination of care, and consultation on complex cases to ensure holistic support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may be facing significant transitions and challenges. Our clients often confront issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
