Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to assess their mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of trauma patients, integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Engage with patients during counseling sessions to listen actively and provide empathetic support.

• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by completing continuing education courses to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and to stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
