NG Group USA, the U.S. division of porcelain manufacturer NG Kütahya Seramik, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our porcelain slab and tile business across South Florida.

This role focuses on developing new business and managing relationships with fabricators and dealers. We're looking for a proactive sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, visiting customers, closing sales, and providing consistent support after the first order.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales by identifying and securing new fabricator and dealer accounts.
• Manage and expand existing accounts through regular visits, follow-up, and responsive service.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, purchasing teams, and other decision-makers.
• Present our porcelain slab and tile collections, explain product applications, and coordinate samples and displays.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate within company guidelines, and follow opportunities through to closing.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams on product availability, orders, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, a current sales pipeline, and reliable forecasts.
• Gather market feedback on pricing, competitors, product demand, and customer needs.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining pricing discipline and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales or territory account management, preferably in porcelain, stone, tile, or related building materials.
• Experience selling to fabricators and dealers; existing South Florida relationships are a strong advantage.
• Ability to generate new business while managing and growing existing accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a field schedule independently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout South Florida.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
