Strategic Absence & Leave Management Consultant

HUB International is seeking an experienced Absence Management Consultant to advise clients on short- and long-term disability, FMLA, PWFA, ADA and related leave programs, ensuring compliant and effective absence strategies. You will analyze data from carriers, support vendor selections, and work with clients to design and implement absence solutions.
