Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or similar) that permits independent practice without supervision.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical counseling practices, with no disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.

• Strong interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Proficient computer skills, along with a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities necessary for conducting virtual sessions.

• A reliable internet connection to ensure seamless telehealth appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with varied therapeutic modalities and frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar interventions.
