Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to ascertain patient needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to engage with individuals, couples, and families in therapeutic sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that promote mental health awareness and provide a supportive community for attendees.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance to those in need.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources available to enhance their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is essential for practice.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices is critical to qualify for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and long-term treatment planning is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n
