Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate their unique needs and long-term goals.

• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, ensuring that they are well-informed participants in their care.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment, adjusting plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and skill in collaborating effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to optimize patient treatment.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000.
