This position is primarily remote, allowing you to operate from a setting that is most comfortable for you while also offering the flexibility to meet patients where they are, both physically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s trauma history and to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and enhancing resilience, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention support effectively in trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate coping strategies and support.
\n
• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and coping strategies, enhancing their understanding of available resources and support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation as required by legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development activities focused on the latest in trauma-informed care methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents affected by trauma. Our clientele includes individuals who are dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and other trauma-related challenges. By providing specialized support, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes, fostering healing, and aiding in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• A strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities, evidenced by a solid understanding of trauma-related disorders.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, which reflects your experience and dedication.
