Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to assist clients with a diverse range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, addressing topics such as coping strategies and emotional regulation, to foster connection and support among peers.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and effective intervention strategies tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Respond swiftly to crisis situations, providing essential support, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency interventions as necessary to ensure client safety.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.
