Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to address the specific needs and objectives of each client, adapting these plans as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, tracking outcomes and adjusting treatment approaches as suitable based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about new research and advances in mood disorder treatment to continually improve therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to promote knowledge-sharing and professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for clients to reduce mental health stigma and ensure their needs are met compassionately and effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on clients experiencing challenges related to mood disorders, divorce, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will work closely with individuals and family units, understanding their unique dynamics and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages open communication and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
