Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, identifying clear goals and necessary interventions to support their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless, coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients during acute episodes.

• Document client interactions and treatment updates meticulously and in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance therapeutic experiences and provide community support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
