Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Vital Serenity Counseling, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions utilizing a client-centered approach for individuals, couples, and families seeking support.

• Assess clients' emotional and mental health needs to create customized treatment plans that guide their healing process.
\n
• Implement varied therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to meet clients' diverse goals.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team comprising other therapists, social workers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, enabling us to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

Our clientele includes diverse individuals and family units, each facing varying challenges ranging from communication breakdowns in relationships to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
