Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health, identifying underlying issues that may affect their well-being, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California license in one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years’ professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient care.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Advanced Therapy, Ltd, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
