Work Environment\n

This role will be conducted through a telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. You will primarily work regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, facilitating therapy sessions via secure online platforms. The remote work structure fosters a collaborative atmosphere, where team members engage in virtual consultations and share insights to promote best practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans integrating evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions tailored to individual circumstances.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the highest standards of patient privacy and security.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to coordinate and optimize each client’s care plan.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic techniques and share insights for improving client outcomes.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and community resources available to them.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying abreast of current research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will primarily work with clients navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. We advocate a holistic approach to therapy, addressing mental, emotional, and social factors contributing to each client's overall health and well-being. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, each with unique backgrounds and varying needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a solid understanding of therapeutic interventions suited for diverse client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusting therapeutic relationships and provide empathetic support.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in navigating complex client circumstances towards positive outcomes.
