Key Responsibilities\n

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with vital community resources, social services, and support networks that foster their overall well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients, assessing their needs and ensuring their safety and stability during times of urgent distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of clients, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow health care professionals to formulate and update coordinated care plans that promote client recovery and resilience.

• Educate clients on effective coping strategies and self-care techniques to empower them in managing mental health challenges.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
