Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate case referrals, managing the process from intake through case closure, documenting progress, and adjusting care plans as needed.

• Facilitate communication with an interdisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to support unified treatment goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
