Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing appropriate clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to craft tailored care plans that consider cultural diversity and unique patient needs.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health treatments continuously, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving each patient's mental health status.

• Maintain precise treatment records, clinical notes, and all relevant documentation in adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols, leveraging current technology to streamline the process.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, addressing their specific goals and areas of concern.

• Work within a knitted team environment, actively contributing to discussions, sharing insights, and collectively striving to achieve positive patient outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a pivotal link between patients and other healthcare providers, establishing effective working relationships with external agencies.

• Mentor and provide guidance to students, interns, and volunteers, contributing to the next generation of mental health professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
