Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as an advocate for clients, supporting them in accessing community resources, social services, and networks vital for their mental and emotional well-being.

• Deliver immediate psychological support and crisis intervention to clients during times of distress to ensure their safety and stability.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records, including client progress notes and treatment plans, in strict adherence to professional ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate closely with a range of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to offer integrated care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Educate clients on coping strategies, effective communication techniques, and self-care practices to empower them in managing their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n
