Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical care to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Respectfully engage and work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, acknowledging their unique traditions, beliefs, and experiences.

• Navigate and leverage organizational structures and community resources to optimize client care and service delivery.

• Continually develop personal and professional skills toward improving client outcomes through training and peer feedback.

• Conduct routine safety assessments, identifying and managing potential risks to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Perform clinically relevant screenings and assessments, ensuring clients receive thorough evaluations and appropriate referrals.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized integrated care plans that link clients to additional services as needed.
\n
• Deliver a spectrum of focused treatment interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
\n
• Assist with crisis management and provide immediate interventions during emergency situations.
\n
• Manage a caseload that includes ongoing monitoring and assessment of client progress during their treatment journey.
\n
• Monitor and manage client transitions, including admission, continued care, and discharge processes, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive exit strategy.
\n
• Complete required documentation, reports, and data submissions in a timely manner to ensure compliance with organizational standards and funding requirements.
\n
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed and contribute to improvement committees focused on enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health services. Our clients may experience a range of mental health challenges, and your expertise will be pivotal in connecting them with appropriate treatments and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical role is essential.

• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are critical for successful client interactions.

• An understanding of developmental needs and age-related issues for various client populations is key.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
