Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the individual needs of students, taking into account their personal histories, concerns, and risk factors.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with students, focusing on their specific mental health challenges, emotional regulation, and strategies for successful reintegration into academic life.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to encourage personal development and equip students with effective coping strategies for academic and personal challenges.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team that includes educators, school psychologists, and other mental health specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student wellness.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during critical moments, applying de-escalation techniques to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
