Upstream Physical Medicine and Chiropractic Practice is seeking dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapists to join our innovative team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Work Environment

This full-time position is an onsite role that requires you to travel to patients' homes. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, which provides an ideal work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be essential in developing and executing individualized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Designing and implementing effective treatment regimens tailored to each patient's needs.
• Employing evidence-based practices to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Providing continuous education to patients and their caregivers about injury prevention and recovery strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Attending multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic word processing skills.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates from various backgrounds, experience in outpatient physical therapy settings and familiarity with home health care practices are advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
