Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Heal & Revive Chiro Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Directing physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on pain relief and restoring mobility.
• Assessing patients' physical conditions through diagnostic evaluations and determining the most effective treatment strategies.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to care plans and promoting professional development within the team.
• Administering various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and functional training to enhance patients' rehabilitation outcomes.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding physical therapy practices, exercises, and rehabilitation equipment.
• Documenting all patient interactions and progress in clinical records following regulatory standards, including initial evaluations and care plans.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Conducting home evaluations to recommend modifications that aid in enhancing patient independence and safety.
• Maintaining continual professional development and staying updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid PT licensure in the state of Virginia, in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
