Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources for support.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass measurable goals and specific interventions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize treatment outcomes.
