For more visit: Location: Port Washington, NY Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Cover all aspects of accounting, including, but not limited to: Daily review of POs/SOs initiated by Operations team and generate customer & supplier invoices Daily review of corporate credit card expenditures & employee reimbursements using Navan expense reporting platform Assist Accounting manager with month end close, booking journal entries and completing reconciliations General Ledger analysis & ad hoc projects Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required 2-5 years of experience in accounting field Knowledge of Microsoft systems (preferred) and Quickbooks Familiarity with automated T&E systems preferred Advanced Excel skills required, high level of proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications Strong communication, both written and oral Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere - must be a team player!
