We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive support for the 2026/2027 school year. In this full-time position, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, working with a caseload of 35-45 students—primarily at the elementary level. You’ll enjoy the support of two skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring collaborative care and shared success. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable mentoring and collaborating with COTAs
• Organizational skills for managing a varied caseload

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized plans to support access to education
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services, primarily at the elementary level
• Maintain accurate records of progress and adhere to IEP requirements
• Work closely with teachers, families, and COTAs to align support strategies
• Contribute to IEP meetings and school-based interventions
• Collaborate on program development and implementation
