Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments to identify individual client needs, mental health issues, and treatment objectives, using established screening tools and frameworks.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to address specific family dynamics and communication challenges.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual therapy sessions as well as group treatment modalities, providing patients with coping strategies and support networks.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate holistic care initiatives and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health best practices, guiding them through the recovery process with empathy and patience.

• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Your efforts will reach a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing challenges related to mental health, relationship struggles, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This full-time position offers an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000 , commensurate with experience.
