Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring the integration of crisis and pre-crisis strategies.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets all regulatory standards and clinical guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to facilitate informed decision-making alongside the clinical team.

• Collaborate with various programs to create and implement positive behavior support plans that address client needs effectively.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems, fostering collaboration for client benefit.

• Maintain open lines of communication across teams to align practices with our mission and meet contractual obligations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure additional funding partnerships.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending industry conferences, participating in relevant committees, and representing our agency at statewide meetings.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population comprised of individuals seeking mental health support, those recovering from substance use disorders, and people facing developmental challenges. This diverse client focus requires sensitivity, a robust understanding of behavioral health principles, and the ability to tailor interventions to meet unique client needs within various demographic contexts typically found in the Lynn, Massachusetts area.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution is required.
