What You Will Be Doing Drive GTM growth experiments and measure results (outbound - warm and cold, events, SEO, product‑led growth tactics) Prep and follow‑through on strategic meetings (Board, enterprise deals, hiring, etc.) Keep the trains running (calendar triage, email delegation, prioritization hygiene) Ruthlessly optimize what’s slowing us down — and build systems that scale Qualifications You’ve got 1–3 years experience in high‑intensity environments (early‑stage startup, consulting, or SDR / BDR roles) You're insanely organized, detail‑obsessed, and allergic to dropped balls. You close every single loop. You're technical enough to run Clay, Zapier, Hubspot automations, and leverage AI workflows (no coding experience required) You’ve built something — a product, a process, a community, a growth experiment — and shipped it fast Prior experience in early stage startups selling to enterprise is a big plus Why Should You Join?
