Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport, fostering positive therapeutic relationships, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Document client interactions, maintaining thorough and accurate progress notes and treatment records.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories and needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring a consistent and supportive environment for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
