Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to inform mental health diagnoses, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line with company policies.

• Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
\n
• Ensure excellent client relations by offering empathetic customer service, actively listening to client needs, and working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to address those needs.

• Develop and utilize creative interventions to motivate clients and assist them in achieving and exceeding their personal recovery goals.
\n
• Position requires maintaining a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions weekly, allowing for an optimal work-life balance.
\n
• Coordinate care with external stakeholders such as case managers, family members, and medical personnel to ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment.
\n
• Participate in clinical team meetings, training, and community outreach initiatives to build valuable relationships and enhance community resources.
\n
• Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director, taking initiative to ensure all operational processes run smoothly.
\n
• Adhere to ethical and professional boundaries at all times while being an integral part of a team-oriented environment.

• Complete all required documentation for individual client sessions promptly, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will be working with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health issues, specifically those undergoing detoxification. You will cater to individuals, couples, families, and groups, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored therapeutic interventions to foster their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Must possess independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
