About the job Key Account Manager - Chassis Sales Key Account Manager - Chassis Sales $120,000 Location: Novi Position: Account Manager - Chassis Sales Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries. Lead day‑to‑day commercial issue management and proactively seek training to enhance customer‑systems expertise. Assist in strategy development to drive business growth and maximize client satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to expand the client’s business and secure new accounts or customers. Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of the client’s industry, competition, and latest trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Deliver progress reports to clients and upper management to ensure transparency and alignment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 5‑10 years of business experience with a strong background in day‑to‑day client management. Proven experience in RFI/RFQ/SOR/PPAP/APQP processes. Excellent project management and quantitative skills. Exceptional organizational abilities with a high level of motivation and drive. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering impactful client presentations. Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities. Empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Strong negotiation skills to drive favorable outcomes.
