- Create and modify machinery sketches, technical drawings, and manufacturing designs using CAD and Solidworks.
- Collaborate with the design team to create and optimize machine layouts and component configurations.
- Support the manufacturing process by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to machinery and equipment.
- Conduct field service visits to install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and machinery efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all work activities, including service reports, issue logs, and design changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD, Solidworks, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of machine layouts, component configurations, and industrial design.
- Proven experience with technical drawings and dimensional sketches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to travel for field service visits as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
