Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, to ensure clients receive appropriate support and care.

• Formulate and maintain detailed documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring a clear record of client progress and treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment interventions.

• Work cohesively with various teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation procedures to uphold organizational standards and promote quality care.
\n
• Establish strong communication links with state and local agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to enhance service delivery and client resources.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and seek opportunities for securing new partnerships and funding sources.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences, representing the agency at meetings, and contributing to state-level committees focused on mental health.

• Champion the agency's mission, values, and philosophy, ensuring alignment with all initiatives and programs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of our patient community.

Qualifications\n
