Human Resources Project Manager

Leading high-impact Human Resources programs, the contract Human Resources Project Manager will manage large-scale HR transformation initiatives and partner with executive leadership to drive business transformation and process improvement remotely. Key responsibilities Lead large-scale HR transformation and strategic business initiatives Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource plans Develop project charters, business cases, implementation roadmaps, and governance plans Required qualifications 7+ years of project management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives 5+ years managing Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, or Organizational Transformation projects Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent workstreams Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, budgeting, and risk management Experience with organizational change management and business process improvement
